Pipis has fantastic food. Fish is fresh and the calamari and prawns were lovely and tender. Portion sizes are very generous. Owner Edward is delightful and friendly. We will definitely be back again and again. Will be trying the banh mi on our next visit!

New owners last 6 months. Offer a range of items including smaller pieces of fish and it’s all done very well. Has lifted the shop since it’s been bought and I will be back with my partner! Owner was extremely helpful with my order and the food was very fresh!! Chicken salt on chips, fresh fish, prawns and calamari!
I’ll be back to try the juicy roast pork banh mi, for sure. 👍🏽
