Pipis has fantastic food. Fish is fresh and the calamari and prawns were lovely and tender. Portion sizes are very generous. Owner Edward is delightful and friendly. We will definitely be back again and again. Will be trying the banh mi on our next visit!

Best fish and chips I’ve had in a long time! New owners last 6 months. Offer a range of items including smaller pieces of fish and it’s all done very well. Has lifted the shop since it’s been bought and I will be back with my partner! Owner was extremely helpful with my order and the food was very fresh!! Chicken salt on chips, fresh fish, prawns and calamari! I’ll be back to try the juicy roast pork banh mi, for sure. 👍🏽

Pipis Seafood has a great range of all things fish🐟 & chippery! 🍟Owners are very friendly people🙂 who serve up very nice food, best Pork Banh Mi I have ever had. Calamari and chicken spring rolls were just awesome as was the viet iced coffee. Only a small shop with limit seating but one you should definitely visit.

The food is great and well cooked. My chips had the right amount of salt. Prices are also ok. Service is also quick and the couple running the place is nice. I would definitely go back here again. Just be aware if you are planning to eat here that this place is mostly for takeaway as the store only has two tables.
